  1. The Promoters

    1. The promoters are RMP Enterprise Ltd of Unit 1.01 Piano House Brighton Terrace, London, United Kingdom, SW9 8DJ, and Cannon Place, 78 Cannon St, London EC4N 6AF

  2. The competition

    1. The CMS Find your balance competition is hosted on www.cmsfindyourbalance.co.uk and consists of one stage, signing up and letting us know what work life balance means to you.

    2. By entering this competition, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. 

  3. How to enter

    1. The competition will run from 12:00pm on Monday 16th January  to 5:00pm on Monday 20th February  inclusive.

    2. All entries must be received by no later than 5pm (London time) on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.

    3. To enter the competition, submit the online entry form provided on this website by the Closing Date.

    4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

    5. The Promoters will not accept:

      1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

      2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

    6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  4. Eligibility

    1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or older at the date of entry who are in current full-time study during the 2022/2023 academic year at a UK higher education institution [recognised by the government as a degree-awarding body and listed here. Proof will be required in the form of student ID, which will be validated in order to claim the prize. 

    2. The challenge is only open to all those registering through the competition microsite. To be clear, you will not be eligible if you sign up to RateMyPlacement mailing lists, forms, or iPads, that are not to do with the CMS “Find your balance” promotion.

    3. The following are not eligible to enter:

      1. any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above;

      2. employees of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      3. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary or sister companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

      4. members of the immediate families or households of (ii) and (iii) above.

    4. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

    5. The Promoters will not accept competition entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk; or

      3. incomplete.

    6. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

    7. The Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

    8. Competition entries cannot be returned. If you would like to save your entry, please print a copy before submitting it.

  5. The prize

    1. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

    2. The prize is not negotiable [or transferable].

    3. If you sign up, you will be put into a weekly prize draw to win an amazon and airbnb voucher. There will be five winners that will be chosen at random every week from 16th January until the 20th February 2023.

    4. All entrants will be entered into a prize draw to win a Work Life balance package worth £2,000 at the end of the competition. This includes a MacBook Air, Airpods, virgin experience voucher and an ikea voucher, as well as a mentoring session with a partner. 

    5. If you are the winner of the Work life balance package, including a mentoring session with a partner, you will be required to share your availability with the CMS Early Talent team. Please keep an eye on your emails and reply within 24 hrs.


  1. Winners

    1. The competition entries will be put into a lucky draw and winners will be selected by RMP Enterprise based on the most engaging and original answers submitted  in full and who meet the eligibility criteria. The decision will be final.

    2. We will contact the winner using the email address provided with the competition entry, within 24 hours of the relevant prize draw, and the winner will have 24 hours from the time of that email to respond to the Promoter, to confirm acknowledgment of their win. If the winner does not respond within that time period, that winner’s claim will become invalid and the Promoter will approach another winner. 

    3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

    4.  The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

    5. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

    6. We’ll contact winners using the email address provided with the competition entry, as soon as practicable, and winners will have 24 hours to get back to us to confirm acknowledgment of their win, otherwise your claim will become invalid and we’ll approach another winner. In order to claim the prize, you must reply to the email sent.

    7. Prizes will be sent by post within 14 working days from the date the Promoters receive the winners’ prize acceptance confirmation.

    8. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

    9.  The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

  2. Limitation of liability

    1. Insofar as is permitted by law,  the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  3. Data protection and publicity

    1. The Promoters will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy.

  4. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

    2. The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
